Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of The Luxury Box Co and the purchase of any goods and services from it. The Luxury Box Co is owned and operated by R.J John & S Leca (ABN 57 814 840 274) and are currently not registered for GST. When we say “you, your” etc, we mean the person using our site. When we say “our, we, us” etc, we mean The Luxury Box Co. Please note that by using this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
The products used in The Luxury Box Co Gift Boxes are sourced from Australia. On a rare occasion will be use products outside of Australia, unless for a special themed box.
All products listed in The Luxury Box Co Gift Box Collection are stocked unless otherwise stated. The Luxury Box Co has the right to change the product for equal or greater value. This also includes packaging. The Luxury Box Co will attempt to contact the customer where possible, if they do not hear back within 4 hours, they will replace the item and post the order.
All products will be sent via Australia Post EXPRESS mail. All delivery is approximately 3 -4 Business Days. Products will not be dispatched at the end of the week during Public Holidays and Long Weekends, as we don’t want to the products sitting and melting before arrival. However, we are unable to control what happens outside of our studio.
Delivery costs are NOT included in the price of a gift. The delivery charge is added at checkout.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If your Gift Box has been damaged through the delivery process, please contact The Luxury Box Co to organise for the hamper to be returned and a replacement hamper will be organised at no extra cost to you. If you decide not to accept a replacement hamper we will provide you with a credit valid for 12 months.
Refunds will not be given for change of mind or damaged items. We will replace the items and provide Gift Voucher to be used within 12 months.
If you wish to cancel your order with the Luxury Box Co, you must contact the team via email firstname.lastname@example.org or via mobile – 0438 128 242. If payment has been received, Refunds will not be issued, however Voucher will be provided to be used within 12 months.
All customer information from The Luxury Box Co is strictly confidential and is not shared with any third party. The Luxury Box Co will not disclose your personal information to anybody without your permission.
