Shipping and Returns


All products will be sent via Australia Post EXPRESS mail. All delivery is approximately 3 -4 Business Days. Products will not be dispatched at the end of the week during Public Holidays and Long Weekends, as we don’t want to the products sitting and melting before arrival. However, we are unable to control what happens outside of our studio.

Delivery costs are NOT included in the price of a gift. The delivery charge is added at checkout.



If your Gift Box has been damaged through the delivery process, please contact The Luxury Box Co to organise for the hamper to be returned and a replacement hamper will be organised at no extra cost to you. If you decide not to accept a replacement hamper we will provide you with a credit valid for 12 months.


Refunds will not be given for change of mind or damaged items. We will replace the items and provide Gift Voucher to be used within 12 months.


If you wish to cancel your order with the Luxury Box Co, you must contact the team via email or via mobile – 0438 128 242. If payment has been received, Refunds will not be issued, however Voucher will be provided to be used within 12 months.
